 In
soak or hand washing operation
Jumboclean-Special is an excellent
cleaner for the removal of mill and
processing oil. No oil forms on the
water and rinsing is complete.
Jumboclean-Special may also used in
spray wash systems where foam is no
problem.
In
soak or hand operations
use at a concentration of 1 part
Jumboclean-Special to 3 parts of
water. In spray operations use at a
concentration of 1 part Jumboclean-Special
to 3 parts of water.
Jumboclean-Special has been
successfully used in hot tank degreasing
operations at 5% by volume to increase
the activity of the regular compound and
rinsibility and to retard the formation
of oil and grease scum.
This same system has been used in
alkaline metal etch tanks to improve the
uniformity of the etch and retard the
formation of KoH and metal ion salts.
Because of the absence of chlorines and
halogens, Jumboclean-Special is
excellent for use in cleaning titanium.
Where the job is heavy enough to require
added strength, as much as 10% caustic
soda may be added and still get
excellent rinsibility.
